a) Necrotic tissue with eschar
b)Untreated osteomyelitis
c) Non-tubular and unexplored fistulas
d) Malignancy in the wound
e) Exposed blood vessels, nerves, anastomotic sites, osseous tissue and tendons
f) Deep wounds with anaerobic infection
g)Active bleeding wounds
h) Cancerous wounds
